Pricing is for either adding new or anew during the re-and-re for a hot water tank of a replacement vacuum breaker, consumables, shop supplies, testing, and disposal of old materials.
Due to the nature of this work, the estimate is based on installing a basic vacuum breaker while on-site performing the HWT re-and-re. If other parts are needed, additional time is required, or other issues present themselves during this work, it shall be billed on a time and materials basis.
